CO-Founder and Managing Director
Kamran has many years of experience in software development, digital marketing, and strategy. They stemmed from professional experience such as being an Officer in the Royal Guards, Marketing Manager for Freeway Medias Emma, Marketing Manager at Rainmaking and later, as the Project Leader at Nykredit, one of the largest banks in Denmark.
Kamran has been working within digital marketing for several years after his military services. He has excelled in learning the craft of the trade, from working in Emma Aps to Nykredit, one of Denmark’s largest banks. When he ended his service to Nykredit to start this agency, Marketing Lion, he was co-managing the online marketing activities along with Kristian. Upon his exit, his work results immediately attracted Saxo Bank, another large investment bank in Denmark, whom has contracted his work from Day One of Marketing Lion’s conception.
Having a software engineering and military background, a business degree, and the knowledge of digital marketing enables Kamran to have a holistic approach to search engine marketing. Besides his technical know-how on programming, management, PPC, Web Analytics, SEO, Omniture, and Social Media Marketing he also integrates his learning from the military on strategy and leadership into the technical optimization. In other words, his focus is on understanding the workings of the client’s firm and designing an optimization strategy that will best accentuate the firms current assets.
His personal work logic is methodological, an extension of his military training. He is driven and full of thoughtful actions. Therefore, his focus within Marketing Lion is on the integration of other firm strategies to the internal search engine optimization strategies while technically, he continues to concentrate on SEO and conversion optimization.
As firm believers of continuous improvement, both Kamran and Kristian continue to update themselves. Currently, they are engaged in a 2½ years master program in Digital Marketing Communications at Manchester University and e-Consultancy.
